Passengers Insurance
In purchasing or booking a ticket, all passengers agree to the following terms and conditions:
Insurance : The company provides insurance for passengers from 4 to 70 years old, beyond that it is recommended that passengers take out their own insurance
The trip will be less comfortable and it is not recommended for:
For the aforementioned conditions, for passengers who insist on departure, it will be their personal responsibility, and the passenger releases the company and agent that made the reservation from responsibility and all claims arising later on.
Vessel Substitution and Delay
For safety reasons the company reserves the right to change the vessel, Departure time, & Port of Departure in any way whatsoever without any liability to the passengers.
The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may arise in the event of substitution, cancellation or delay trip.
The company shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through substitution, cancellation or delayed trip. Additional expenses arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passengers.
Scoot Fast Cruises reserves the right to change the departure schedule and/or cancellation trips if in case of emergency without prior notice.
Booking Changes and Open Ticket
Open ticket is based on seat availability and should be made at least 48 hours prior to guest’s departure time in regular season and 4 days prior to guest’s departure in high season (June, July, August).
Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 40 kg. The company reserve the right to check contents of any baggage, and to refuse dangerous baggage item. Scoot accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage during transit in between the islands.
Connecting Flights
The Company is a beach-to-beach point carrier and we do not take responsibility for any delays or connecting flights at any airport.
Cancellation Policy
In the event trips are cancelled by the company for safety reason (bad weather or sailing Ban) then the company shall not do refund payment that had been paid, but the company has to reschedule the trips for another day.
In the event trips is cancelled by passengers by neglected, then The Company reserve the right to charge cancellation fee as follow:
